The general ledger feature is very helpful and very powerful when trying to identify specific charges and incomes posted to your account. You can filter by property to specifically look at incomes and expenses related to a single property. You can then select an account type whether it be income, expense or perhaps equity such as an owner contribution or a security deposit liability. Date range allows you to pin point exactly what you’re looking for. You can also run comparisons from month to month or year to year by using this feature.
This page will outline for you all bills associated with your portfolio that our office has received. Each bill will be reviewed by our team, vendor called to confirm most up to date amounts to ensure accuracy of payments to be made and due dates. You will be able to view an attachment of the actual bill by clicking on the link for the attachment.
These are transactions in our system that will post monthly to your bills to be paid section. Items such as mortgage payments, insurance payments, monthly service contract payments will be uploaded here so that our system auto populates a new bill monthly for our team to conduct payment processing. Should you see a bill in this section you should know it will be submitted for payment processing. Should a bill in this section no longer be paid please notify our accounting team.
